Order Processing
All our products are custom made for each customer. It usually takes about a week for us to produce, pack and ship your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping deadline
Delivery within Japan is usually completed within 2-5 business days. However, delays may occur depending on the weather and the situation of the delivery company.
Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Delivery procedure
Once you place your order, we'll work with a trusted printing company to create your personalized product, who will then ship it directly to your address, making for an efficient and smooth delivery process.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery.
Damaged or incorrectly sent items
If the product arrives damaged or the wrong product has been delivered, please return it within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item, and we will respond as soon as possible.
